Sign the online petition of support for a dive park to be located in near Clayton. The location will be a fair distance from any surface wildlife which may be in the area. No structure will protrude from the surface. Minimum depth will ensure no hazard to navigation. The fact that placing a structure in this location will benefit everyone. Consider this:

bulletThe location is ideal. Close to Clayton and out of traffic.
bulletDepths range from plateaus of 30ft to over 170ft deep.
bulletThe shoals make for excellent structure diving.
bulletIt's a safe spot for night dives.
bulletAnyone who has dived vessels placed in this manner can attest to the fact that they create an outstanding habitat for fish, an example of this would be the Wolfe Islander.
bulletPlacing items such as a school bus, aircraft, and larger vessels will allow for an area to train divers in rescue and penetration dives. Anything placed would pass stringent environmental checks
bulletLocal business will benefit from an increase in tourism. Divers spend millions every year on their sport.
